
Born and raised in Atkinson, Chris Tardif is a proud product of the Timberlane Regional School District and a strong believer in the power of New Hampshire communities. With his father serving as a district administrator for more than 25 years, Chris grew up understanding both the challenges facing local communities and the importance of bringing people together to solve problems the right way.
A former New Hampshire Gatorade Basketball Player of the Year and Mr. New Hampshire, Chris attended Bentley University, where he played four years of college basketball, served as team captain, and helped lead the #1 ranked team in the country.
Over the past 20+ years, Chris has built a successful business career, helping scale companies from startup phase to more than $140 million in annual sales. His experience managing budgets, negotiating partnerships, and building high-performing teams has shaped a practical, results-driven approach to leadership.
Chris currently serves as Chair of the Trustees of the Trust Funds in Atkinson and was elected to the Atkinson Budget Committee with the highest number of votes among all candidates. He believes government should be transparent, accountable, and fiscally responsible while protecting the essential services families rely on.
Chris is running for State Senate to represent District 22 with a commonsense focus on affordability, accountability, public safety, economic growth, and protecting New Hampshire’s quality of life. He is a strong advocate for public education, mental health awareness, and ensuring families, seniors, and students all have a voice in their communities.
